Cloud computing promise a full paradigm shift in the High Performance computing systems. The 2nd International workshop on Cloud Computing Applications and SEcurity (CASE-2014) is a forum for scientists, researchers, students, and practitioners to present their latest research results, ideas, developments, and applications in the area of Cloud computing. Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed and prospective authors are expected to
present their papers at the conference. The papers that are accepted and presented
at the conference will appear in CD proceedings. All accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEEXplore and in IEEE digital library
Best paper and best student paper will be selected by peer reviews and will be announced during the social event at the conference.

Prospective authors are expected to present their papers at the conference. Extended version of selected papers will be published in the International Journal of Cloud Applications and Computing (IJCAC)
