Dear Colleague,
As part of a global initiative to better understand the factors that impact career growth in IS academia and how AIS might address those issues, the Association for Information Systems (AIS) and Elsevier Foundation are supporting a survey to identify the issues and concerns of members in the AIS community. One part of the study focuses on women in IS academia and the other examines activities that can be planned to enhance professional growth across genders.
We are seeking your participation to ensure a well-rounded perception of the issues and understanding of how they may be addressed. All we ask is that you take less than 15 minute of your time to fill out the following survey by May 15. Your contribution is important to us and will be strictly confidential.
