[AISWorld] Call for Papers - The First International Conference on Information Systems and Applications

We invite the submission of full-length papers on completed research to the International Conference on Information Systems and Applications (ICISA 2016), which will be held on 17th and 18th of February 2016 in the Kingdom of Bahrain. ICISA 2016 is an international refereed conference that promotes the collaboration between academics and professionals within the field of Information Systems. The theme of this conference is “Building an Innovative Society through Information Systems”. In the past decade, there has been an increasing emphasis on the role of Information Systems in shaping societies. These systems provide individuals with information that not only improves their standard of living but also makes them more innovative and productive. Moreover, governments have realized that for improved sustainability of their economies, they need to create an environment for innovation. This can only be realized through the development and use of Information Systems that contribute to the growth and prosperity of their societies. Thus, this conference provides a venue for researchers to contribute ideas that can help build innovative societies through Information Systems.
All accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings. Modified version of selected papers will be published in special issues of peer-reviewed journals.

Manuscripts must be full-length papers of original completed research. Submissions must not have been previously published or accepted in a journal or conference proceedings, nor presented at another conference. All submissions must adhere to the submission template and guidelines outlined in the ICISA 2016 website.
