The aim of ICITED2016 is to present research and best practice in the areas of information technology, management, and their impact on economic development. ICITED2016 will consist of workshops, tutorials, keynote speeches, paper presentations, and panel discussions. The theme this year is Information Technology for Innovative Economy.  The event should inspire a fruitful dialogue among practitioners, government officials, scholars, and investors; ICITED2016 will address the needs of all participants. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Best papers will be considered for publication in the Journal of IT for Development, Electronic Journal of Information Systems in Developing Countries, the International Journal of Knowledge Management, and a proposed book on Information Technology for Innovative Economy.

Submission Process (for Full Paper)

The first submission will be the abstract.  Please take note of the deadlines below.



Submitted papers must not substantially overlap papers that have been published or that are simultaneously submitted to a journal, conference or workshop. Simultaneous submission of the same work is not allowed. Note that submitted papers cannot be withdrawn from the process after the first phase reviews are received by authors. Authors of accepted papers must guarantee that their papers will be presented at the conference.



Submission must be at most 15 pages following the format that will be sent on acceptance of abstract.
