Congratulations to Drs. Susan Winter, NIck Berente, James Howison and Brian
Butler, who received a best Information Systems paper award at the 2015
International Conference on Information Systems.

Each year, the senior scholars of the Association for Information Systems
(AIS) select five papers for this award from among all papers nominated by
leading IS journals.

This research essay, entitled "Beyond the organizational “container”:
Conceptualizing 21st century sociotechnical work," theorizes a
neo-sociotechnical systems (STS) framework to address trans-organizational
work arrangements and information infrastructures prevalent today.

The journal's publishers have made this paper available (at no charge)
through June. Please visit the website and take a look at this award
winning paper.
