http://cyberscitech.net/2016/special-sessions/

Auckland, New Zealand, August 8-12, 2016

We are soliciting proposals for special sessions (SS) that are an important part of CyberSciTech 2016. The purpose of special sessions is to provide a comprehensive forum on topics that will not be fully explored during the main congress as well as to encourage in-depth discussion of technical and application issues related Cyber Science and Technology. A special proposal should include the following information:

- Title of the proposed session
- Proposers’ names, titles, affiliations, primary contact emails, and short bios
- Aim and scope (including a list of main topics)
- Any special space or equipment requests.

A special session proposal should be submitted by email to cyberscitechss at gmail.com by February 29, 2016. Please use “CyberSciTech 2016 special session proposal” as the email subject. Once receiving a special session proposal, a decision on the proposed session will be made in a week.

Special session organizers are responsible for advertising call for special session papers, reviewing submissions and planning the final program. CyberSciTech2016 Special Session Chairs will assist the organization of special sessions and ensure their quality and success. A special session paper should be six pages and follow the same Paper Submission Guidelines for the main conference papers. Each paper will be reviewed at least by two experts in the corresponding areas. All accepted special papers will be included in the proceedings published by IEEE-CS Conference Publishing Services in IEEE-DL and EI indexed.
