[AISWorld] Fwd: Senior Scholars Best Paper Awards: Call for Nominations

I have a very simple question. Can somebody answer it? Who are these
"senior scholars" and what was the process used to designate this title and
by whom?  Maybe this is public information, but I seem to be naive in this
area. Please pardon my ignorance.
