The Ted Rogers School of Information Technology Management at Ryerson
University (http://www.ryerson.ca/itm) in Toronto invites applications for
a tenure-stream appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor. Candidates
with research backgrounds in big data, analytics and infrastructure will be
given priority. Industry and teaching experience in one of these areas is
preferred. The position will commence July 1st, 2017 and is subject to
final budgetary approval.

Candidates will hold a PhD in Information Systems or a related field. The
successful candidate should demonstrate evidence of high-quality teaching,
strong research aptitude and an emerging or established record of scholarly
publications, as well as the capacity and eagerness for collaboration and
collegial service. Applications should include a letter of application, a
curriculum vitae, two recent writing samples, results of teaching surveys
(or equivalent evidence such as a teaching dossier), and the contact
information for three referees. Please indicate in your application if you
are a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada. Please also
indicate whether you will be available for an interview at AMCIS 2016 in
San Diego, CA or ICIS 2016 in Dublin, Ireland.

The Ted Rogers School of Information Technology Management, consisting of
23 full time faculty members, prides itself both on the quality of its
