Scholarships for PhD research in the area of Engineering Secure Software
Intensive Systems and Services at the School of Computer Science,
University of Adelaide Australia.

Multiple PhD positions are available in different areas of engineering
secure software intensive systems and services with emerging technologies
such as Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud Computing, and Fog Computing. The
successful PhD applicants will receive a generous scholarship for living
stipend and several exciting opportunities to work on real world societal
and industrial problems. The research and development activities may
involve software engineering principles and practices, and techniques and
tools for Big Data management and manipulation using Machine Learning
approaches. The proposed research projects are targeted at developing and
evolving secure software intensive systems and services for a wide variety
of domains such as Smart Cities, Defence, Health, and Energy.

The PhD positions holders will join the team of researchers from Centre
for Research on Engineering Software Technologies: http://crest-centre.net
and their industrial and academic partners in Australia and around the
world. 

The potential applicants are expected to have an excellent Masters degree
(at least 80% or above marks) and/or a bachelor (First Class Honour)
degree, good research and technological knowledge of and skills in one of
the above-mentioned topics, and demonstrated skills in publishing
scientific research papers.
