*The current level of information technology development becomes a
significant part of business in emerging markets. Novel innovative
IT-solutions and their application help business to improve its
competitiveness. The positive effects can be seen in the spheres of
marketing, customer relationship management, enterprise resource planning,
business intelligence, human resource management, alternative trading
system, innovative management systems, Big Data capabilities to create
competitive advantage, e-government and e-education, and e-healthcare.
Novel information technology opportunities lead not only to economic
growth, but also to the human capital development, well-being of society in
emerging economies, developing innovation economy and fostering social
development. Particular importance and challenge in this process become
overall business strategy and the application of modern business
