Job Description
The Department of Information and Technology Management in The University of Tampa's Sykes College of Business invites applicants for an annual renewable term position as Assistant Professor or Instructor of Information and Technology Management.

The University of Tampa is a medium-sized, comprehensive, residentially-based private institution of 8,300 undergraduate and graduate students.  The University is ideally situated on a beautiful 110-acre campus next to the Hillsborough River, adjacent to Tampa's dynamic central business district, which is a growing, vibrant, diverse metropolitan area.  UT reflects this vibrancy; with 20 consecutive years of enrollment growth UT boasts 229 student organizations, a multicultural student body from 50 states and 140 countries, and "Top Tier" ranking in U.S. News and World Report.

The candidate must have a Ph.D. or Master's degree from an AACSB accredited program, or equivalent, in Technology Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields. This is NOT a tenure track position but an annual renewable term position. The candidate with Ph.D. degree will be considered an Assistant Professor and the candidate with Master's degree will be listed as Instructor.

Responsibilities include teaching courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels in Management Information Systems. Ability to teach introductory statistics courses is a plus. The ITM Department is a collegial department who seeks applicants with a proven track record in teaching, scholarship, and service. Salary and benefits are competitive.
