Department of Information Technology and Supply Chain Management

The Department of Information Technology and Supply Chain Management at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater anticipates two full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor level openings beginning August 21, 2019. The hired candidates will teach graduate and undergraduate courses in the information technology and business analytics domains. Successful candidates must demonstrate a commitment to teaching, clear evidence of scholarly potential, commitment to working with diverse populations and serving as an active member of the university community.

DEPARTMENT INFORMATION:

The Department of Information Technology and Supply Chain Management (http://www.uww.edu/cobe/itscm) is one of the seven departments in the College of Business and Economics (http://www.uww.edu/cobe). There are 19 full-time faculty and staff members supporting nearly 400 undergraduate majors and 100 undergraduate minors with emphases in business analysis, data analytics, networking and security, and project management. The College of Business and Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater is the largest business school in the state of Wisconsin. The College enrolls over 4,700 business undergraduate students with over 30 majors/emphases in the 2017-18 academic year. Graduate programs offered include Masters of Business Administration (with 11 unique emphases), Masters of Professional Accountancy, Masters of Science in Finance, Masters in Environmental Safety and Health, and Doctorate of Business Administration.
