The position as head of the Department of Digitalization (DIGI) at Copenhagen Business School (CBS) offers great opportunities to produce digitalization and data analytics research, teaching and communication on high international standard and acquire distinctive skills in leading researchers and specialists.
The ideal candidate:

  *   is an internationally acknowledged and respected scholar in information systems or a related field
  *   can present management results from a research and educational institution
  *   has credibility and impact in relation to department staff, students and other heads, and generates involvement and collaboration when formulating and executing department and CBS strategies
  *   has a keen eye for identifying, developing and motivating talents
  *   understands and sees the possibilities of creating academic and development synergies between departments at CBS
  *   can contribute to the overall management discussion and development in CBS' management forums as well as the collegial leadership development among the CBS heads of department
  *   contributes to the department's and CBS' international exposure
  *   maintains and develops a relevant professional and personal network
