Job Description
The Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University invites applications for a full time position in Business Analytics at the rank of Full Professor beginning in August, 2019.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have earned Ph.D. in data sciences such as Statistics, Econometrics, or a closely related discipline. Candidates should have a distinguished record of publications in high quality outlets in Statistics, Econometrics, and functional areas of business. A record of funded grants is desirable. Candidates must have demonstrated excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Job Specific Qualifications
Successful candidates will be expected to contribute to the Big Data and Data Analytics cluster efforts, such as obtaining joint extramural funding, taking part in the cluster activities (such as planning processes, joint mentoring, and programmatic meetings), and participating in relevant centers or institutes.

Responsibilities
Teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels, research, curriculum and program development, external grants.
