*About the Book:*
This book explores applications of various Artificial Intelligence (AI)
algorithms across the socio-economic sphere. It highlights opportunities
enabled by machine intelligence, discusses major concerns slowing down AI
mainstream adoption, and proposes innovative solutions to current and
emerging critical challenges associated with the use of intelligent
technologies.

The focus is very much on practical application, contributions in form of
novel approaches, case studies, and real-world implementation scenarios
showing practical uses of the most recent intelligent technologies in
diverse smart applications are solicited. High-quality reviews are also
welcome.

The spectrum of smart applications is organized into four main tracks
covering all areas of the economy and social life and capturing the topic
of interest of this book:

(1) Smart Environment

(2) Smart Social Living (Healthcare, Education…)

(3) Smart Business and Manufacturing

(4) Smart Government
