[IRIS] IRIS annual business meeting

Dear IRIS community (aka Scandinavian chapter of AIS),

our annual business meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 11 at 13.30-14.30 during the virtual IRIS/SCIS 2021 event. Refer to the conference program here<https://www.irisscis2021.com/#program>.

Agenda, as stated in our by-laws:


  1.  Election of a chairperson and a secretary for the meeting
  2.  Election of two members to check the minutes
  3.  Check the list of members
  4.  President's annual report and SJIS report by the EIC
  5.  The Treasurer presents the finacial report and the budget
  6.  Approval of the Treasurer's financial report
  7.  Approval of budget
  8.  Election of members of the Executive Board (Norway regular member; Sweden PhD student)
  9.  Election of an internal auditor
  10. Any other business
  11. Announcement of SCIS/IRIS 2022 (Denmark)

About point 8, i.e. the election of members of the executive board. The board has received three nominations for the position of Norwegian member: Miria Grisot (University of Oslo), Silvia Masiero (University of Oslo) and Karen Stendal (University of South-East Norway).
The board has also received one nomination for the new Swedish Ph.D. student representative: Malin Wik (Karlstad University).
