Professors, Associate Professors in Information Systems, Warwick Busienss School.

The Information Systems and Management Group at Warwick Business School invites applications for posts at full professor and associate professor levels. The Group benefits from close links with the IKON (Innovation, Knoweldge and Organizational Networks) research centre. We are therefore particularly keen to identify people with research interests and a strong publication record at the interface between IS and Organization Studies.

Warwick Business School (WBS) is one of the foremost research-led business schools in Europe, and is a leading thought developer and innovator, with a large number of highly cited scholars. The WBS Dean, Professor Mark Taylor, has set out a clear ambition for WBS to become the leading university-based business school in Europe.

WBS provides an environment where top-flight academics are able to thrive and also work closely on an interdisciplinary basis with colleagues in other WBS subject groups.

We wish to recruit academics in the area of Information Systems and Management, who are of international or potential international standing. You will need the ability to contribute at the highest levels, publish in the leading journals, be excellent teachers and want to be part of an exciting and dynamic business school where your abilities will be fully acknowledged and rewarded. We will consider applications from candidates displaying excellence in any area of these disciplines. An interest in Information systems and in the financial sector would be also an advantage, although suitably qualified candidates with interests in other areas are strongly encouraged to apply.

Underpinned by the breadth, depth and quality of its research, WBS offers a wide range of highly successful business and management degrees. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to teach across a range of post-graduate courses including the Warwick MBA and a range of Specialist Masters courses, as well as at undergraduate level.

Candidates interested in professorial positions who wish to make informal confidential enquiries are also welcome to contact the WBS Dean, Professor Mark Taylor, via TheDean at wbs.ac.uk .
