*The Community *

The Las Vegas metropolitan area is culturally diverse with a population of
two million people. It is considered a very attractive city in which to
live, with many quiet, new, and beautifully designed neighborhoods. It is
surrounded by a rich topographical tableau that includes, within an
afternoon's drive, the Grand Canyon, Death Valley, Hoover Dam, snowcapped
mountains, Zion National Park, and Disneyland. Tijuana, Mexico, Napa
Valley, Yosemite National Park, and the Rocky Mountains lie within a day's
drive. Las Vegas residents enjoy a modest cost of living, compared with
those in major coastal cities. UNLV employees enjoy a very low tax
environment that includes no state or local income taxes and no federal
social security retirement taxes. The climate is sub-tropical desert.

*Initial Interviews*

We will be attending the ICIS 2011 conference in Shanghai to discuss this

ICIS will be interviewed shortly thereafter, likely through the use of
