The InteliSys 2013 invited speaker is Agung Trisetyarso, Ph.D                                                                 with the title of invited talk is Circuit Design for a Measurement Base Quantum Carry-Lookhead Adder.

We would like to accomodate their request for the submission of  full paper into Atlantis Press Proceedings Series:   Advances in Intelligent Systems Research (IntelSys 2013 Proceedings)  and/or  WIT Transactions on Information and Communication Technologies (ISSN: 1743- 3517). 

You may choose either 

1. Submit your full paper to Atlantis Press Proceedings Series:   Advances in Intelligent Systems Research (IntelSys 2013 Proceedings)  and after you ugrade your previous submission, you may submit into WIT Transactions on Information and Communication Technologies (ISSN: 1743- 3517) or
2. Submit to Atlantis Press Proceedings Series:   Advances in Intelligent Systems Research (IntelSys 2013 Proceedings)   or  WIT Transactions on Information and Communication Technologies (ISSN: 1743- 3517) only.
