   idea. You will be able to get feedback from the panel

*Officer Position up for Election: Membership and Community Relations Chair*



*Description of the role:*

The Membership and Community Relations Chair shall be responsible for
matters related to the SIG membership as well as developing community
support for SIGITProjMgmt. In furtherance of, but not in limitation of, the
office, the Membership and Community Relations Chair primary duties shall
be to:

Ensure the SIG membership roles are current and up-to-date – particularly
prior to elections.

Chair the nomination committee for the election of officers.

Develop support (such as sponsorships or relationships) with the
professional community as it relates to promoting and developing the SIG.
