Good Morning,
I hope your end of semesters are going smoothly! Just a friendly reminder
that the "current deadline" for the call for papers for the 24th SAIS is
approaching, Sunday, December 19th! We hope you plan on joining us in
Myrtle Beach in 2022. And as usual - don't hesitate to contact me at
programchair at southernais.org <mailto:programchair at southernais.org> with any
questions!
You can find the call for papers, submission site, and information on our
venue for our 2022 conference at our official AIS microsite located here -
https://communities.aisnet.org/southernusa/annual-conference. As a
reminder, we do have options for students to present virtually if requested,
and will consider additional virtual presentation requests on a case by case
basis.
The SAIS has been providing a peer reviewed outlet for IS research for
faculty and students in a small intimate environment of IS scholars. As
usual, we provide both professionals and academic themed keynotes. Our
Friday address, "The Society for Information Management (SIM) 2021 IT Trends
Study", will be presented by Dr. Vess Johnson and Dr. Russell Torres. Our
Saturday address, "IS2020: A Competency Model for Undergraduate Programs in
Information Systems? will be presented by Dr. Paul Leidig. We hope to see
you in Myrtle Beach!
For this upcoming conference, we have the following tracks available.
* Analysis, Design & Development
