Dear Colleagues,

If the hands-on experience of doing Digital Marketing is relevant to your teaching, you can still join the 2022 Global Online Marketing Academic Challenge (GOMAC) with your classes/students.

The Global Online Marketing Academic Challenge (GOMAC) is a worldwide competition open to any student enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate course at a higher education institution. Student teams, in conjunction with an industry client, compete to create, run, optimize and report on digital marketing campaigns that include Google Ads and any other digital advertising platform/channel.

The next step is now up to you. Tell us who are your student teams captains: https://bit.ly/3LkRmrU and we’ll send them an invitation to register their team.

Created by the academic community after the Google Online Marketing Challenge sunset, more than 1500 students from all over the world have participated in our Challenge since its inception in 2018. The GOMAC is unique because it’s governed by independent Academics from around the world and runs thanks to independent professors, like you, who have extensive experience in digital marketing education. We aim to maintain a worldwide community and benefits to students, academics, and the industry as well as to exchange experience in the fields of Digital Marketing, teaching methodologies, and online collaboration techniques, etc. What’s special about 2022? The first 4 editions enabled us to test the program and it’s been a huge success every year. We are therefore ready to open the door to wide participation and are no longer limiting professor registration as we have in the past. We are asking for your help to reach our Digital Marketing colleagues.

Competition campaign window: September 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022
Registrations: September 1, 2021 – June 29, 2022.

Please share this email and invite other professors who have students who are interested in participating in a worldwide Digital Marketing competition.

Best of luck to all participants!

Sincerely,
The Global Online Marketing Academics
