SKEMA Business School (https://www.skema.edu/) invites applications for faculty candidates at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor rank, in the area of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence for Business, to begin in August or September 2022. We are currently hiring AI for Business professors on three or four of our eight international campuses: Raleigh, USA; Montreal, Canada; and Paris or Lille, France. RALEIGH, USA: OPEN FACULTY POSITION IN AI & DATA SCIENCE FOR BUSINESS

SKEMA Business School (https://www.skema.edu/) invites applications for faculty candidates at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor rank, in the area of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence for Business, to begin August 2022. The successful candidate will develop and/or lead academic research projects with the aim of publishing in the field's highest quality journals, and disseminate relevant knowledge through student instruction in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science, and/or research methods (RM) fields.

The candidate will be required to work onsite at the SKEMA USA - Raleigh campus, with possible mobility to other campuses, and deliver either in-person or virtual undergraduate and/or graduate level courses. The candidate is expected to contribute to student mentorship, to projects related to SKEMA SKY25 corporate strategy, and to be actively engaged in other service initiatives, including student selection processes, organizing academic workshop/seminars for students and contributing to projects related to school strategy. If appropriate, s/he may take on a coordination/administrative role.

The position is full-time, tenure-track at the Assistant rank, tenured (permanent) at the Associate or Full Professor rank. Salary and conditions are competitive, in line with international standards. SKEMA Business School offers publication bonuses for peer-reviewed publications, following the French CNRS Journals Ranking list. The language of work and instruction is English. Knowledge of French is not required, and we will not use it as a criterion for selection.

MONTREAL, CANADA: FACULTY POSITION IN COMPUTER SCIENCE (ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE FOR BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT)

SKEMA Canada, a research and resource center specialized in Artificial Intelligence created recently by SKEMA Business School (skema.edu) in Montreal, Canada, invites applicants for one or more positions at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. We are searching for candidates with a PhD in Artificial Intelligence, applied mathematics, business analytics, computer science, engineering, or machine learning, and with research interests in areas within the usual business specializations such as finance, marketing or strategy. The candidate should also exhibit excellent teaching skills and, ideally, have a good record in advising students. We are particularly interested in candidates who have published extensively in high-quality conferences or journals and maintains an active research agenda.

The positions are permanent with a full-time tenure-track contract. Salaries and conditions will be competitive, in line with international standards. SKEMA Canada offers publication bonuses for peer-reviewed publications. The expected start date is September 2022, or any time earlier if available.

PARIS OR LILLE, FRANCE: OPEN POSITION AT SKEMA BUSINESS SCHOOL IN ETHICS AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

SKEMA Business School (https://www.skema.edu/) invites applications for one faculty position at any rank in Ethics and Artificial Intelligence to begin from August 2022.

Interested candidates have a strong orientation towards social sciences/ethics/digital humanities/arts or related areas. They also have a social science-oriented research agenda focusing on the intersections between Ethics and Artificial Intelligence with the potential for collaboration with other fields in which the use or development of AI might be significant. This includes broader societal and cultural impacts, including governance, security, sociology, sustainability, identity, corporate and community welfare, inclusion, working life, and well-being of people. Algorithm bias and adversary training are also of interest.

The successful candidate will be expected (1) to maintain an active research agenda, (2) to teach courses per academic year at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and (3) to contribute to school service, to student recruitment and mentorship, to develop projects related to SKEMA SKY25 corporate strategy, and other related activities. If appropriate, the selected candidate could be asked to lead a program or a track.

The position is permanent with a full-time contract. Salary and conditions are competitive, aligned with international standards.
