 Proceedings and publications

 - Only original contributions will be accepted.
 - All papers accepted as full or short papers will be published in the conference proceedings to be published by Elsevier as a Procedia Computer Science volume (indexed by Scopus and Conference Proceedings Citation Index).
 - Authors of selected papers will be invited to extend the paper for publication in international journals and edited books.

Submission types and guidelines

 - Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit their manuscript electronically at the Conference webpage (http://projman.scika.org) until April 17, 2023.
 - Submissions can be made as full papers, short papers, poster papers and industry papers, and must strictly follow the submission guidelines available at ProjMAN webpage.
 - All conference submissions will be double-blind peer reviewed by three members of the Scientific Committee.

The conference will be held physically at Porto Palacio Congress & SPA Hotel, Porto, Portugal, with remote synchronous participation using Zoom videoconferencing software.

ProjMAN 2023 is co-located with CENTERIS (15th International Conference on ENTERprise Information Systems) and HCist (13th International Conference on Health and Social Care Information Systems and Technologies) 2023.
