Please join us at DESRIST 2023 for discussion and dissemination of research
on Design Science Research. Tracks include the conference theme “Design
Science Research for a New Society” as well as Design of Systems Using
Emerging Technologies, Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence, Healthcare
Systems and Quality of Life, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Emerging DSR
Methods and Processes, Education and Design Science Research, Human Safety
and Cybersecurity, Co-Design and Collective Creativity for Addressing Grand
Challenges, Sustainability and Responsible Design, and Information and
Communication Technology for Development.

      Prof. Suprateek Sarker, Rolls-Royce Commonwealth Commerce Professor
      (Information Technology) at the McIntire School of Commerce,
University of
      Virginia.

      Prof Alan R. Hevner, Distinguished University Professor and Eminent
      Scholar in the School of Information Systems and Management in the Muma
      College of Business at the University of South Florida.
      - More than 40 papers organized in 10 tracks (2-3 parallel sessions)
   - Panels Discussions
   - Three workshops conducted by senior Design Science Researchers on the
   first conference day, included in the conference fee.

Venue

Flexible Futures Conference Centre of the University of Pretoria, South
Africa. The venue is located on the University’s tranquil Innovation Africa
Campus, part of the Future Africa research institute, a pan-African
platform dedicated to fundamentally new approaches to research and
innovation.

Registration is OPEN

On the electronic registration system you will be able to Register, Create
your Invoice and opt to Pay Online, or Pay later by Electronic Fund
Transfer. Delegates are responsible for any bank commissions and transfer
fees.

Accommodation | Future Africa

We recommend that conference attendees reside within The Future Africa
Complex. Accommodation is cost-effective and within walking distance from
all conference venues with beautiful views of the campus and surrounds.

2023 Rates:

   R 710.00 for a Twin Room (Room with two single beds)
   -

   R 880.00 for a Double Room (Room with a double bed)


Please indicate whether you wish to include breakfast, lunch, or dinner in
your reservation, as these are not included in the room rate. (You do not
have to book meals that are included in the DESRIST2023 conference fees)
