Dear colleagues,

The group P3108: Recommended Practice for HRI Design of Human Subject 
Studies <https://sagroups.ieee.org/3108/> will be hold a meeting in 
person during RO-MAN 2024 conference in Pasadena, California (USA). The 
meeting will be on 29 August 2024 at 12:30-13:30 Pacific Daylight Time 
(i.e., 21:30-22:30 CEST time) room Ballroom J.

The group provides best practices and requirements for designing and 
executing human-subject studies in human-robot interaction (HRI) 
research. This recommended practice is particularly aimed at providing 
guidance for emerging researchers in the associated fields of HRI, as 
well as establishing a baseline methodology that supports replicability 
in HRI research.
