The Département de systèmes d’information organisationnels (SIO) of the
Faculté des sciences de l’administration (FSA), Université Laval is
inviting applications for *two *faculty positions at the open rank of
Assistant, Associate or Full Professor.

*Position Number: 14569*
*Tenure-track faculty position in MIS focused on Cybersecurity Governance
and Management*
Responsibilities include:

   1. Teach MIS courses to undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students,
   including courses related to cybersecurity governance and management.
   2. Commit to being a regular Research Chair in Cybersecurity Governance
   and Management member.
   3. Conduct research in management information systems and/or related
   subjects.
   4.  Supervise graduate and doctoral students and actively participate in
   continuing education activities.
   5. Contribute to the life of the department, faculty, and university.
   6. Develop ties with the academic and business communities.

*Selection criteria *
Candidates must:

   1. Hold a  Ph.D. degree in management information systems or equivalent
   fields. Candidates in the process of completing their doctoral studies will
   also be considered.
   2. Have an excellent research publication record or demonstrate a strong
   potential for future publications.
   3. Demonstrate research interests compatible with those of the SIO
   department.
   4. During a presentation to the department, the candidate should
   demonstrate the ability to transmit research results effectively and
   explain their scientific and practical implications.
   5. Demonstrate the ability to secure research funding.
   6. Be able to teach in the areas put forward by the SIO department.
   7. Demonstrate the ability to deliver high-quality teaching.
   8. Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain ties with the
   academic and practitioner communities.
   9. Be able to teach courses in French within a short period after the
   start date. Candidates who currently do not speak French are still
   encouraged to apply. If selected, these candidates will be given 2 to 3
   years to learn the language.
   10. Be familiar with the other disciplines in business administration.
   11. Demonstrate the ability and interest to work in a multidisciplinary
   collaborative environment and to ensure an active presence on campus.
