[IRIS] [EICS 2026] Deadline for Demos and Posters Extended to March 20 2026! EICS 2026: The 18th ACM SIGCHI Symposium on Engineering Interactive Computing Systems, 30 June - 3 July, 2026, Patras, Greece

Dear colleagues,

The *submission deadline for Posters and Demonstrations at EICS 2026 has 
been extended to March 20, 2026!*

The Posters and Demos track of the *18th ACM SIGCHI Symposium on 
Engineering Interactive Computing Systems (EICS 2026)*offers an 
opportunity to present *work in progress, emerging ideas, and 
interactive systems*in an engaging and informal setting. EICS 2026 will 
take place *June 30 – July 3, 2026 in Patras, Greece*.

*Posters*
Poster papers provide researchers and practitioners with the opportunity 
to present ongoing work and receive feedback from the community.

*Demos*
Demo papers allow authors to showcase *novel systems, techniques, and 
practical HCI applications*related to the engineering of interactive 
systems. Accepted demos will be presented live during the conference 
exhibition sessions.

We also welcome *Lab and Group Demos*, where research groups present 
multiple demonstrations around related themes or projects.

*Extended Important Dates (AoE)*
• *Submission deadline:*March 20, 2026 (extended)
• *Notification to authors:*April 22, 2026
• *Camera-ready deadline:*April 30, 2026

*Submission Requirements*
Submissions include a *non-anonymized paper*(up to 2 pages + references, 
two-column format), a *walkthrough video*, a *still image*, and 
information describing the *envisioned on-site setup*. Demo videos 
should be no longer than three minutes.

Accepted Posters and Demos will be presented during the conference in 
the *exhibition area*, providing an opportunity for direct interaction 
with conference attendees.
