[SIGHCI] Join Us for the SIGHCI Dinner ! - RSVP by Dec 10

Dear All,

This is a gentle reminder of your RSVP by 23:00 on Wednesday (December 10) regarding your attendance at the SIGHCI dinner previously announced. Your response will help us confirm the headcount with the restaurant. At this stage, we have only heard back from about half of the workshop participants. If you do not plan to join the dinner, kindly indicate “not attending” in the survey as well. The original announcement is included below for reference.

Welcome to this year's Annual Pre-ICIS Workshop on HCI Research in MIS (Pre-ICIS SIGHCI 2025)! A complimentary social dinner will be organized at 17:30 (GMT-6) on Saturday [December 13th, 2025].

Details of the social dinner are given below:

Date & Time: Saturday [December 13th, 2025], 17:30–19:00 (GMT-6)
Venue: Bakersfield Nashville
Location: 201 3rd Ave S, Nashville, TN 37201, United States

Cost: Free for SIGHCI members in good standing (i.e., SIGHCI membership valid until December 12th, 2025). $40 per person for non-members, payable in cash at the restaurant (excluding any additional drinks not listed in the set menu above).
