We are conducting a study with ICIS attendees to gather their expectations and concerns about Automated Science Discovery with human oversight.
It’s a great experience:
1) You explain what you wish to research in a short AI interview (up to 10 minutes),
2) We run an AI-based system that performs the research and emails you an ICIS paper, and
3) You examine the paper and provide feedback. The experiment is ANONYMOUS. (We use your email for communication during the conference and then delete it and the paper.)
Oh, yes, and there are $100 prizes for the best papers on time!
