Bio: Di Le is an AI Ethicist and Human-Centered AI Strategist at ServiceNow, working at the intersection of AI governance, UX research, design, and ethics. She bridges design, policy, and technology to advance responsible AI practices that center human experience. Her work focuses on human-AI collaboration, safeguard-oriented design, and the creation of trustworthy systems that align innovation with societal values.

Di partners with global organizations to promote safer and more transparent AI. She is a public speaker and published writer on AI ethics, culture, and design, and she serves as a Google Women Techmakers Global Ambassador and CES Innovation Awards judge.
