[AISWorld] Lecturer Position at University of North Texas

Lecturer in Information Technology and Decision Sciences Department at University of North Texas 2011-2012. Candidates must have a master's degree or higher in information systems or in decision sciences or related discipline. Candidates must have at least one degree in information systems. Candidates for the position must also have teaching experience in introductory information systems or decision sciences courses in a College of Business at a four year university. Preference will be given to candidates who have taught both introductory information systems and decision sciences courses at a four year university.

Candidates are expected to teach a maximum course load of 4-4, with a minimum of 3-2 during the academic year. Candidates are also expected to spend 20 office hours per week as a curriculum advisor for undergraduate and masters students in the department. Actual course load will be determined by department needs and service requirements.

We will begin considering applications on April 1, 2011 and continue until the search is closed. Job duties will commence August 15, 2011.
