[AISWorld] E-Government Reference Library (EGRL 9.0) Released

Just in time before the opening of the annual dg.o conference 2013 at ULaval in Quebec, Canada, the next version of the EGRL has become available.

The reference library now contains 5,829 entries. At the same time, the EGRL now has its own website, through which the various reference formats can be downloaded. Formats include bibTeX, RIS, Endnote (packaged) and others. The EGRL homepage<http://faculty.washington.edu/jscholl/egrl/> ( http://faculty.washington.edu/jscholl/egrl/ ) also provides the version history as well as the list of inclusion criteria.
