Uppsala University is offering a salaried PhD position in Information Systems at Uppsala University, Campus Gotland, Sweden. The successful candidate will be part of ENTWINE, a 4-year Marie Skłodowska-Curie Innovation Training Network (ITN), funded by the European Union. The Network will train 15 Early Stage Researchers (ESRs) for high quality PhD training.

We now seek candidates with an above-average MSc (or equivalent degree) in information systems, human-computer interaction or related field. We expect interest in eHealth and a balanced approach to technology design and behavioral aspects of technology use in organizations. Required skills include a sound background in persuasive design, prototyping, software engineering, and design-oriented research methods. Practical experience of mixed-methods evaluation techniques is a plus.

The successful candidate (ESR10) will work on "Developing persuasive and adaptive ICT solutions that encourage carers’ willingness to care in real time, tailored to contexts.”
